Signs that my healthy changes are making a difference

Today, SparkCoach talked about non-scale signs that the healthy changes I am making are working. Here are a few things I've noticed:

I sleep very well when I eat well and am active during the day.
I feel more enthusiastic about things in general when I am active.
My body feels good when I have been active.
