Finally! It's cooling down outside..

I went for a 3-mile jog/walk at dusk and it was tolerable. Temps finally dipped down into the low 80s by the time I went outside.
The one good thing about running at dusk is that the shadowy bushes / small patches of forest along my route make for great reasons to sprint on occasion. There's this one spot where the sidewalk hugs a creepy, dark ravine. You KNOW I'm not going slow in that spot! :-p
I also made one of my favorite desserts for a BBQ I'm going to tomorrow -- S'more Bars. I allowed myself to eat one after my run. So sinfully good. I waffled about whether or not to post a photo of what they look like -- after all, this site is all about doing healthy things. Lol. Ah well.. I posted one in case you were curious. (There are never leftovers when I take these to parties.. but I did it! I ate only one after staring at them all day.)
