Trying to keep up with my goal

I have had motivating messages and comments from members that has been very supportive to me and has encouraged me to continue to my best under the circumstances. I completed 2 miles walking DVD from Leslie Sansome on Sunday but had to take it easy due to my back. I used to do these DVD's so easily and even with more impact than the instructor. I hope to return to those days. I did another Leslie Sansome DVD last night that was equivalent to 2 miles. It feels so good to move.
I plan to go to the rec center and do the bike for 30 minutes today.
