Yellow, as your power color, embodies friendliness, youth, selflessness, and an innately cautious nature. Throughout history, Yellow has been used to instill happiness in others - specifically a youthful playfulness that is embodies best within this shade of our visible spectrum. Others may see you as naive, but you have simply chosen to be happy over holding too many grudges or concerning yourself with the mundane - and choose to be selfless instead. You are, in turn, a naturally cautious individual who can sense fear in others - and are very aware of the signs within yourself. Whether brightening up your living space with vibrant shades of yellow, planting beautiful sunflowers, or wearing the color to express your own friendliness and warmth - Yellow is your power color, and will bring you much bliss.
I'm 35 with the fitness level of an average 74 year old
GET GOING NOW! Your fitness level is less than 85% of what is expected for your gender and age group. This means that your heart's capacity to transport oxygen is poorer than normal, which increases the risk of dying prematurely from cardiac disease. Luckily, exercise gives immediate results. If you manage to get your fitness level up to 30, you will reduce your risk of dying from cardiac disease the next 20 years with 20%
Easy Goal: Spend time each week doing something that makes me relaxed and happy. Whether that is coloring, reading, or writing. This will help to relieve stress and keep myself calm.
Medium Goals: Track all food for the month of May in MFP. Evaluate food choices and make changes to food plans as required. Continue to take 10,000 steps per day in order to be active every day.
Long Term Goal: Complete 5k in under 45 minutes. I have not put a time limit on this goal because I want to listen to my body and not risk injury by trying to push myself too hard.
Daily water goal is 100oz to start and work my way up to half my body weight in ounces.
