Depressing...but I'd rather know what to expect. Just for the heck of it, I put my goal weight, and current level of activity in a BMR calculator. And it is saying that I could maintain at 2180 calories, so, if I expect instead to eat 1500, well that's 300 more than I eat right now, LOL 1678 days ago
It proves that we have to keep exercising and even do more in order to maintain our weight loss. As we age our metabolism slows down as well. All in all we need to stay healthy, eat appropriately and keep moving our muscles!!!
