I've decided I need a Positive Reset! So, I'm Renewing My Promise to Myself:
My Plan and Promise to myself for the rest of 2016
1. I WILL NOT Give Up on my goals
2. Keep the past in the past and move forward
3. I will do my best to track everyday, the good the bad and the ugly.
4. At least 30 minutes of Cardio activity per day 6x a week
5. ST and/or PIYO 2x a week
6. Weigh in once a week only for accountability
7. Continue to be active with my teams, lending support and seeking support if I need it.
8. Journal or blog once a week, reflecting on my weeks accomplishments and or downfalls
9. NO EXCUSES
