Setting Some Goals

So tomorrow will be a 60 day streak for logging in and also for water. YAY! I don't think that I have ever actually tracked that consistently, so I am excited about this.

I realized today, that I am now back down to the weight I was before I got sick last fall. Between all of the meds, the complete lack of activity (I was home-bound on bed rest for months), and consoling myself with ice cream and junk food, I had gained 30 pounds in 5 months. Oops!

Anyway, now that I am at this mini-goal, I think it's time I set a few more.

1. Back to pre-sick weight (270) - DONE
NSV goal = get to 5k steps per day, consistently - pretty much there

2. Wedding Day Weight (242) - 25.5 pounds to go
NSV goal = to get into my dress, just for fun!)

3. RunDisney Tower of Terror 10 Miler Weight (230) - 37.5 pounds to go
NSV goal = be able to walk/jog 10 miles per week

4. GO from Extremely Obese to just plain Obese (220) - 47.5 pounds to go
NSV goal =

5. Lowest Adult Weight (202) - 65.5 pounds to go
NSV goal = sign up to do a 5K for the first time since 2013

6. Onderland!! (199) - 68.5 pounds to go
NSV goal = jog a 5k without having to walk

7. Just Because (181) - 86.5 pounds to go
NSV goal =

8. Go from Obese to Overweight (163) - 104.5
NSV goal =

9. Actual Goal (150??) - 117.5 pounds to go
NSV goal =

I'm not set on the goal number just yet. Since I have been over 200 pounds for my entire adult life (and likely most of high school but I completely erased it from my memory, lol) I just don't know where the end is going to be.

I also need to come up with some non-scale goals as well, but I have a little bit of time.

I have purposely avoided giving myself any kind of time frame in which to achieve these goals, as that has been disastrous for me in the past. I am doing things differently this time and it's working, so I am not inclined to mess with progress at this point!!

I hope you are all having a great Wednesday and have an awesome rest of the week.

Best to you all!
