Juicing "Reboot" blog

I have been writing a blog about my juicing "reboot" and how I've lost 10 lbs. in the process!

During my first six days I juiced only and lost 10 lbs. That was on March 28th, 2016. I have kept the 10 pounds off to this day (April 12, 2016).

I began incorporating blender drinks of veggies or fruits, but mostly veggie blended drinks along with juicing starting Day 7. Since then, for about the past five days I have added one meal that I chew along with the blended and juiced drinks!

I believe this has been the most successful way for me to lose weight, feel more energy and sleep better! I feel good and my head feels clearer! I also love the fact that my clothes fit looser! I plan to keep juicing every day. I have learned how to freeze and refrigerate my juices so that I can juice ahead. It has been a wonderful experience!
