Long week!!

Well it was another weigh in day and I still have not lost that much. On Monday I was 189.7 today I went back to 190.0. I need to figure out what i'm doing wrong and fix it. I'm so tired of not losing weight. I'm going to change some stuff up and see if it helps. I need to call the Doc. to have my thyroid level checked since i'm under 200 now. I'm wondering if my meds are not right. I know it doesn't help that I still use sugar in my coffee and I drink a crap load. It might be time to cut back on coffee. Maybe only drinking three instead of six to seven cups.

Well it's almost nine so I should get off of here and start getting ready for bed.
