Friends...
I haven't been offline. I've been right here all this time.

You see, Spark People is always making changes. I have not even been able to find m spark page to blog. So I gave up trying. Always changes. I don't do well with changes. . How do I find it now. I go to sparkPeople.com and I ahve to search for my name then click on my page then blocks then post a new blog. Too much work for this old lady.

I'm doing great though. Just a heads up.

When I became busy with my classes at school I left some teams. I was flooded with too much emails.
