I started this journey 4yrs ago @ a young @ heart age
68 and never quit.
Workouts,runs,5K's, currently @ 140 Ab Crunches(on stability ball) and haven't seen 130 lbs since I started. It's part of my day, everyday. 5minutes or 50, no matter.
Make it yours and I can promise you you'll Thank Yourself.
