Today Was a Bad Day

I Talked to a bank rep online and she told me that only ways to stop Am Greetings from charging my account was close old one and open a new one. Tried going to the bank and opening another account that can transfer my direct deposit for SSI and was told something negative in past is not approving it. So now have to find Am Greetings phone number and talk to a super there to get my money refunded and get them to lose my checking account number when still don't have the foggiest idea how they got it anyway. Got my stress level up so high that caused me to have a severe anxiety attack so only thing could do was lay down and pray for help with that trouble and take a short nap. I'm up now so in between getting supper done am going to XBOX Bowl and imagine that every pin knock down is an obstacle in my life that I just knocked down. (sigh) Even after praying and napping still uptight.

    Thank you for the comment KARMANNPOWEL and I am trying so very hard to not let strife in my life keep me stressed. Dealing with having SLE and all the health problems it causes that is really enough to deal with and to have financial problems like that on top it sometimes feels like just too much.

    Thank you DJ4HEALTH didn't see any change on my account today so found out what bank started account in first place and called that branch. The lady I talked to said I should see where the NFS charge is refunded tomorrow. Planning on going to the that branch if not tomorrow Saturday to open a new account with her. Then on Monday will call Social Security office or go there in person about changing my direct deposit for May to go into the new account. Am taking all the money out of my old account except for a small amount to c over my life insurance and other things that are taken out automatically but after April charges go through will close that old account for good and notify the companies of my new card number so that the payments from May on will come out of new account. As far as American Greetings feel am just getting the royal run a round.

    That is not true, they can stop it and all you have to do is tell them that you are taking your account else where since you are getting an unauthorized charge on your account and that you are not responsible for it. Write the bank a letter too, just to have a paper document too. I would find out also from Am Greeting how they got your account number and also threaten to sue them if they don't stop charging your account that you did not give them authority to access it.
