Needing Sleep

Another week flying by. Getting ready to visit my sons. I am due for some hug time with them.
Test results from blood work up on everything the DR could think of has come back with good results. I was hoping it was low Iron or B12 - something with a definite answer. Through discussions with DR, working on my overall well-being. Doing a trial run on some meds to help with sleep and anxiety. My worry is that one of the possible main side effects is weight gain. I don't generally follow life's rules, so we will see on that one. I am tired of the endless restless nights over the last number of years. It goes in waves, lately it has been just under tsunami level (3-5 hrs of interrupted sleep in a 9 hour period - wearing me). Hoping these meds help me to stay asleep.

    Have you tried yoga or meditation? I find both helps with anxiety and sleep. Also, no alcohol before sleep as it can be very disruptive. Just a few thoughts. Hope you find what works for you.
