Did different 10 min yoga video tonight. I hate down dog. Is there any good way to get better at it (besides just doing it?) I guess there are no shortcuts. Maybe this should be the month of the daily down dog. Seriously, they're hard, and they're in like EVERY yoga session. Maybe if I can improve my down dog I won't avoid yoga as often. Just a theory.

    I used to take a yoga class years ago, and every time we downward facing dog, my instructor would come over and adjust my hips. I was so embarrassed that I couldn't get it right! Eventually she stopped adjusting me, so I don't know if I got it right or if she just gave up! emoticon

    Some of the poises are difficult. I found a 20 min one that I love and is easy. Better yet it counts 71 calories burned. I'm liking yoga!

    I've never done toga and hopefully I'll get to really soon, had a knee replacement and need the other replaced, so in about a year...😔😖😭
