Did an "easy" 10 min yoga video. Amazing how hard the simple poses are. I know it's been a long time, and I knew I needed yoga, just amazed how much strength and flexibility I don't have anymore. I wonder how much I can improve on this one by the end of the month. And 64oz water goal met Day 1 done.

    You may be surprised at how much progress you make in a month.

    I do a Yoga For Complete Beginners that I found through a websearch. It is just stretching, but feels oh, so good, when I am done!

    I fell in love 3 years ago. I do hot yoga at a studio and last month at the age of 54, I did the splits for the first time in my life. Keep up with it and you too will be amazed where it takes you!
