One week at a time, one day at a time, one moment at a time. Whatever works. Small changes add up. I can't believe the changes I have seen even if my weight is only recently moving down. Anything you do to get healthier is a plus. Don't overwhelm yourself. Just pick something to work on and I believe it helps to have a positive goal, not a negative one.
