I'm thinking one week at a time may be better for me. One month at a time even seems too big. I have so much I want to change, but so far it feels like nothing sticks.

    One week at a time, one day at a time, one moment at a time. Whatever works. Small changes add up. I can't believe the changes I have seen even if my weight is only recently moving down. Anything you do to get healthier is a plus. Don't overwhelm yourself. Just pick something to work on and I believe it helps to have a positive goal, not a negative one.

    You are a huge reason I am having success. Your "never miss two in a row" has really helped me stop a downward spiral and get right back to program. Thank you for that!!!

    I'd go with one day or one minute at a time, for sure. Whatever you do, make sure you create REASONABLE AND REACHABLE goals that work for YOU!!

    Sometimes for me it is one meal at a time, on really bad days, it's one snack at a time, small changes or goals seem to help me.it does stick,it takes time. Hang in there.
