X-weighted Week 5 personal challenge

My personal challenge for this week is to look back on the past 4 weeks and write down 3 things that I am proud of and 3 things that I would have done differently.
1: I think I did pretty well on all of the challenges
2. I have created a caloric deficit of -28,342 since the start of the challenge
3. I have not given up
Things I would do differently:
1. Get more sleep! My insomnia has definitely affected the numbers on the scale
2. Walk more. I do the best when I walk 6 days a week in addition to the strength training.
3. Not over do it. I went gung ho with aerobics and cardio in the beginning and threw my back out pretty bad. Be careful!
Having thyroid disease means that my caloric deficit doesn't always match up actual results. Based on the -28,342 caloric deficit created since 1/20/2016 I should have lost at least 8 pounds. I have done the work to deserve 8 pounds gone .. grrr...
I will not let this get me down. The scale is moving down and as my thyroid levels even out my progress will show better.

Overall I am pretty proud of myself :)
