Learn to Burn

Monday, February 22, 2016

I can't say that I excell at patience or persistence. As part of a generation that expects instant gratification, waiting to see the results of a healthy lifestyle can lead to boredom. Persistence I seem a little better at if you count cobtinuing to turn to groups like SP & a support group I am a part of. Each help me focus on living a healthier life. I have been blessed by a great fiance over the last 9 months. A few weeks ago I told him that I needed to return my support group & he just said, "Let me know what I can do for you." He us my biggest cheerleader minus the short skirts, pompoms, and flips. Well after returning to the group I knew I needed to start tracking my food again. That was when I came back to SP. I am looking forward to renewing old friendships and making new ones. I can always use a few more cheerleaders & hope to cheer you on also. Keep you spark or find someone to kindle your embers so you can burn with the desire for a healthy life.
