Little lazy this week

I was going to write a blog about how I haven't done any fitness minutes this week. I was feeling not too great about that. I had a flu the end of last week and stayed home Thursday, Friday, and slept all of Saturday. I didn't eat much those days. I didn't run today or yesterday morning. I ditched yoga last night. I told myself I'd run tonight, but it's raining. I was feeling tired... But then I remembered that I walked 8 miles on Sunday and 6 miles on Monday. I did a 20 minute walk with a coworker at lunch both today and yesterday. I forgot that I even did those things... It's so engrained in my routine that I forgot about my 20 minute walks. So this hasn't been a powerhouse of working out type of week, still not horrible. I can redeem myself. I bet if I put an hour of wii fit in tonight, I'll feel even better about the week. Then hopefully I run tomorrow morning and yoga after work. I have a long long beach walk planned on Saturday. Over the weekend I signed my daughter and I up for the tinker bell half marathon through Disneyland. It was her suggestion. It's on Mother's Day, which happens to be my daughters birthday this year. I'm excited about that. She wants to run a half marathon with me on her birthday. What an awesome way to spend Mother's Day :)
