I weighted myself this morning and am very unhappy. This is the most I have ever weight. I do good and lose then something happens and I go back to eating junk..I had shoulder surgery 7 weeks ago and gained 1-2 pounds a week. I have been sitting all day.
I can't do much exercise yet but I decided to start on my treadmill at a slow speed. I like walking outside but with the cold, snow, and ice I don't go out unless I really have to. I am starting today to measure and keep track of what I eat..Drink more water and eat more fruit and veggies..
I know I will get support here and am looking forward to suggestion to help me..And hope to start succeeding again.
