Planning on another good week

I'm continuing on the right track with my healthy food choices and portion size. I'm measuring and tracking, and that's helping. It's been 12 days and I'm feeling good about myself! It's been a while since I've been able to stick with it longer than a day or two!
Tomorrow is my first planned workout of 4 for this week at the Rec Plex. I've not been there in many months and am looking forward to it. I'm starting with a balance and flexibility class and will walk a few laps around the indoor track as long as my knee pain stays away.
I look forward to my weigh-in day on Wednesday.
I'm doing day-to-day meal planning, and not overthinking things. Simple, slow and steady!
