Second Rough Draft:

There are three reasons why the Spark Points Page helps me with my Weight Loss Journey.

First the Spark Points Page is consistently on-line as my weight loss needs change over time.

Then the Spark Points Page has changing items available for me to choose depending on what my interests are.

Finally, the Spark points page has a goal in mind for me as I travel through the baby-steps.

I need over 1000 character more to submit this to the Secrets of Success and I don't have the time to finish it.

So, I'm saving it here as a rough draft, I'll polish it more another time.

Best to me:

Visiting the Spark Points daily is my goal for motivation. And with Motivation I succeed with my weight loss with Sparks.

Being a member since 2006, I've had all levels of motivation and have often fallen off the wagon. Yet it has been the visit to the Spark Points daily which has helped me with consistency. My long range goal has been to reach the highest level which I don't think will happen with me, so I've put that one aside, but I still aim for 100 points a day when I visit. By having this goal, it helps me with my long range success and I have stayed consistent with Spark People.

    I found you when I looked at Motivational pages. I couldn't agree more about working the Spark Points every day. It helps me stay focused or re-focus if I have been straying. Spark Points a day, keeps the doctor away!

    It is too bad that they require us to be so verbose when clear and concise is better for secrets for success!
