Thrilled with My Progress

I made it through 1 whole week of being on track with my eating and I'm beyond thrilled! It's been SO long since I've been able to say that and it feels fantastic! I've gotten in plenty of fruits and vegetables, cooked some healthy entrees, brought a healthy appetizer to a Super Bowl party, looked ahead at a restaurant menu to make a healthy choice and have gotten in at least 8 cups of water in every day! BAM! How's that for week 1 progress!
All my effort paid off with a 2.4 pound loss! Thrilled!
My plan is to start adding planned fitness minutes next week. My goal is to do water aerobics 2 days and attend 2 balance/flexibility classes next week.
