Scale is Not Moving- And I know why

Last week I gained 0.5 and this week I lost it. But my decisions have crept into more bad than good. I am not aiming for a high number every week, but I do want to keep on around a 1lb loss weekly.
There has been less thought behind my meal planning, still little exericise, and some sweets have happened. The good news is still little to no soda and have been going to the grocery quite often. I did not like some of my lunches I brought to work last week so that did not help. AND after one lunch I was looking forward to a Babybel cheese. When I opened it I saw mold. Yeah, that wasn't helpful in my decision for dinner because I was very hungry by that time.
Still logging on, still very much want this. Just going to have to do some digging deep.
