Back at it again!

I'm working on my 3rd year of being retired and it's time to get healthy. Gonna start logging my food and exercise daily. Also log my progress on my "big project" that I have been procrastinating about. I will feel so good when it is done. Then I can start to figure out my life as a retired person. I have my Grands several days a week which is fun. :-)
