Over the years I have purchased a body bugg, and 2 go wear fits.... these were the devices that were bought out by Jawbone. I am not quite ready to buy a new tracker... but I think I might be getting one for my birthday next month. Buuuuuuut I need to track my steps for a challenge that I am in. I remember from when I had my trackers that a mile usually took me in between 2300 and 2400 steps. I remember my tall husband teasing me because he would always hit his targeted miles for the day much faster than I did. I also recalled that it usually took me a little over 4 miles to reach a 10,000 step goal. I got to thinking this morning... I wonder if most people my height have the same number of steps per mile..hmmm Google search... and presto!!! Check out this nifty bo bifty chart :) I am 5' 4" by the way.
