That two-word phrase holds the secret to my health success: "Move more." I know this. And for me, when I move a lot more, I eat quite a bit less. I get on a roll. I lose weight, I build strength and muscle. All I have to do is MOVE MORE.
I've been looking into a fitness tracker, but they all have pros and cons, and they're kinda pricy. I really cannot decide which one to get. And then, I'm wondering...do I really need a piece of equipment to remind me to "move more?" I can set my phone to buzz once an hour which will cue me to get up and move around. Maybe I should try that first and let everyone know how it goes. Or just make appointments with myself to get out and "move more."
The funny thing is...during my contemplation of this blog, I now want to go get out and move. Don't mind if I do! Excuse me..... :)
