My new year

I'm doing really well so far in January.

I have gone down from 165 to 159 so far, I've been completely consistant with my food, logging it and also been super on top of my workouts. success. Now I just need to keep the consistancy going no matter what.

I am LOVING the Biggest Loser this season so far. I have found one way to motivate myself..I'm only allowed to watch it on my phone (using Hulu App) while doing cardio. otherwise, I cant watch it! My trainer wants me doing cardio twice a day, so I watch it in 30 minute increments. Its working so far! Going to do that with a few shows that I love..makes the time go by MUCH faster on the machine.

I did a dietbet for the month of January, I'm on a winter 4% challenge spark team (Tiger Monarchs) and I am registered for BLC 30 here on spark (so excited) plus I also have my sparkbuddies for accountability as well as a facebook group! To say I'm surrounded is an understatement :) I'm very lucky to have all the support.

Anyway, just wanted to post my progress. I am needing to be at 140 by May 2nd in order to compete BUT for now, focusing on small steps of 1.5 lbs a week.
