Been a long time...

I'm not very good at blogging but I am going to try to keep it up as a tool. My company recently started a "Biggest Loser" contest that I desperately want to win! I have completely noticed that while I can add things like Krispy Kreme to my diet once in a while and still stay within my calorie range, the feeling I get afterwards sucks! I just want to be healthy and feel good. As a 37 year old wife and mother of 4, it is hard to get some "me" time to exercise so I am taking over the TV 3 nights per week for an hour to do my exercising. Half of my kids have already stated that they want to work out too so I don't think I will have much trouble getting them to join me! I have been meal-planning for a few weeks now and it is working out well. I track all of my food intake. I think I am ready and armed with all of my weight-loss tools! Now hopefully my motivation will continue!
