2016 a new start

I know I have to get serious about my health. I am doing little things to get there, which is good, but I think I need to do something bigger too. Now, I just have to figure out what that is. I am thinking more exercise would be good. I really need to get back into strength training. I do love that. So if I can do 10 min in the am and 10 in the pm along with strength training, that would be a great start. I can also get on the treadmill while watching a tv show, that would be good too. Ok, I have ideas, now lets get to it. I will do strength training before I go to bed tonight!!
