Need to watch my fat and carb intake...

Yeah, right. What do I eat besides carbs? Oh yeah, evidently, I eat fat. And I do not know what to do with this epiphany. emoticon What can I buy to eat that is cheap? I need protein. But what? emoticon Let's see. Yogurt can work. But what else?

I am so frustrated by it all!! If I could find a routine protein diet, I would love it!!

    Your body needs a certain amount of fat. You just need to limit the fatty fats!! LOL So lean mean, cheese made with 2% milk, nuts, beans, things like that are great choices!! Just try to remember to eat a variety of food for a healthy diet!! Don't give up!! You can do it! emoticon

    Fat d9es bot make you fat, carbs does. Read on intermittent fasting, keto diet and how lipolysis works. Knowledge is your best bet. Trying without knowledge is like kicking an opened door.
