It may have been cold (20 degrees here) but I finished my mile walk and did my 30 day fitness challenge. Only 25 minutes of exercising but have to start somewhere!
Happy New Year everyone! I have been busy with my new year's resolution already and I have only been up for a few hours. I have decided to finally lose this weight. I have been saying this for 7 years and I know nobody believes me, so seeing will be my prove. I have printed out 12 months worth of daily workouts and my husband finally got me my punching bag I have been wanting for a few years. I am just waiting on my boxing gloves to come in. My mother in law got me a new scale and some protein powder for Christmas (yes, I asked for those things, I know I'm weird). I'm ready to make this my year, the year that I lose this weight!
