My Christmas Present

I'm giving myself a Christmas present this year. I'm calling it A December Challenge. Starting November 30th thru December 23rd, I am going to work on reaching these goals:
-- Exercise every day. Nothing difficult, just a twenty to thirty minute walk or my usual strength training routine will do.
-- Eat a healthy diet by eliminating simple carbs and high fat foods. Remember it's just for three weeks. I'd like to keep my blood sugar steady, eat 25 to 30 grams of fiber, and drink more than 8 glasses of water a day.
-- Get 7 to 9 hours of sleep a night. This is difficult for me, but my plan is to get to bed by 10:30 every night.
I'm setting realistic goals that I know I can meet. What better present can I give myself than to wake up on Christmas morning feeling well rested, healthy, and good about myself!
