Easy Healthy Fall Desert

I made a healthy desert with these ingredients: 1 large apple, 1 large carrot, cinnamon, a little olive oil.
I washed and chopped up the apple and carrot into slices. I placed them in a metal pan, topped with cinnamon to taste, drizzled a little olive oil on top and placed in a counter top grill on bake (450 degrees) until softened.
This was nice treat at the end of my meal and no sugar is need since the apple and carrot are naturally sweet.
