Exercising better this week, I slowed down this summer and then when I had the time the excitement of exercising that I had last school year went away. So it was a new feeling to go to exercise when I was not necessarily motivated. I was ok when I was there but getting there was a real chore.
I am having to adopt a no excuse policy.
Well, my weight is at 139 today and I don't want to go into the 140's so will need to count the carbs and calories closer.
