I have been working hard with strength training and even though I am not seeing any weight loss yet, I am definitely getting stronger! In my lifetime I have had 6 surgeries on my left knee and that has left it weak and atrophied. After about 5 weeks of strength training I can now do squats! I have not been able to do squats in more than 20 years! The trainer I am working with is great and I look forward to my sessions with him.
