The battle within....

I'm giving this another go, primarily so I can feel better about me...I am having a few issues with the whole thing:
1) Attempting to not do the "all or nothing" way of eating like I have done in the past.
2) I hate cooking...yet find the prep work not that bad.
3) Sometimes I am just not hungry. No hunger pangs, no woozy head, nothing, so I just eat when I think I should.
Time to keep a journal of what I am feeling when I get ready to eat, and after. 9 times out of 10 guilt is the main feeling. I ate too much, not the right things, too much of something....wanting more and knowing I can't eat a lot before bed. UGH.
