1. Walk Week
Make it everyone’s goal to hit their 5,000 +steps each day this week. Exercise for at LEAST 10 mins per day. 20 is preferrable for 5 days

This is a timely challenge, I was just thinking I need to get out and walk everyday! Or at least get on the treadmill
