1. Walk Week

Make it everyone’s goal to hit their 5,000 +steps each day this week. Exercise for at LEAST 10 mins per day. 20 is preferrable for 5 days

This is a timely challenge, I was just thinking I need to get out and walk everyday! Or at least get on the treadmill

    Had to look this one up, because I was curious as to how they measured the non-pedometer users steps if... they didn't... use a pedometer, lol!

    Great info! I know that I am MUCH more conscious of my daily steps now that I wear one. The only downside is that I get a little obsessive about wearing it - like tapping it 50 times if I forgot to clip it on first thing in the morning and it didn't record my walking down to the kitchen and back!
