I done it. I signed up for the Fall Challenge. Can't wait.
This is an 8 week team challenge that is really great.
(Good for both beginners or those returning who need to bump things up).
I know I defiantly have to start getting serious here.
Keep eating things I shouldn't and not measuring things as I should.
So, I am definitely adding food tracking and measurements to my team goals.
(Cause I got here a little late I don't know the team name yet)>
But that is ok. I am happy to support and encourage one and all.
Those on my team and those who are off of it(on here and in my TWAS group).
Ladies (and gentlemen) we can all do this together. Keep believing.
