ok, I've been trying to do more low carb and then I came to a box of shredded wheat left in my cubbard. Ok, I'm going to eat the last two pieces because I like shredded wheat.
Only I noticed that if I ate both pieces I would consume 37 carbs. Here's what I don't understand. Carbs were only listed as 6 carbs and then there was another category for "other carbs" , does anyone have an idea what that means?
