Feeling great this week, lost 12 pounds since July 11th. I am up to walking 4 miles a day now. I split it up into 2 or 3 time slots so it seems easier to achieve. Each week I have added more time to get in a better workout. I am also watching what I eat and logging it everyday.
My husband has also been on this journey with me, he has lost 10 pounds. He is eating better and using the elliptical 20 minutes a day. I am so proud of him!
