I haven't blogged for about ten days because a lot has been going on. I had to restart my second round of dieting because I just wasn't as focused as I wanted to be. So I took the weekend off and started again this last Monday. For me, eating right is a HUGE mind game. If I'm not prepared mentally it is best to just take the time to get prepared before I make any changes.
So 5 days in I'm doing pretty good. I've had some stresses with my dog (he got sick
) but I did pretty well not eating my emotions/stress. I've lost a couple more pounds which has really encouraged me even more.
