I'm home again and it's a good thing. The past two days haven't been very productive. I did manage to get my 10,000 steps yesterday but no workout. I didn't sleep well last night and have been out of it all day today. I had to button up the mountain house and head home which means I spent the day doing laundry, dishes, trash, etc. and then riding in the car. Again - no workout. Tomorrow I'll go to the gym first thing. I've got to get back on track. September is coming and my life is about to get more hectic so I need to get my act together! A good night's sleep will do wonders I'm sure.
