Have I learned my lesson yet? That is the question that I need to answer. I have lost my mojo for exercising. How do I get it back. I need to just start back up again and I will regain the motivation. I have seen from past experiences that the more I move as well as eating well, all of that will help me lose the weight. I need to remember that always and never give up, because it seems like I get so frustrated after I lose so much and then give up on my exercising. I need to remain positive and stay strong, as we all do!
