Moving Forward - Take Action!

Reflecting back on BLC28. This was not my most successful round as I could not seem to get going for more than a few days at a time. On a positive note I never gave up but I would fluctuate between a few days on track and the a few days off. I did manage to maintain over the round but I want to lose some serious weight!


My plan moving forward into BLC29 is to focus on eating real food, tracking everything and watching my calories in versus calories out. I am not forbidding any foods but EVERYTHING must be tracked. I need to have something that is for the rest of my life and I think this will work for me.


ONLY TRACK ON THE DAYS YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT!

    Hey Jaiz, think we are both going to rock BLC29, I had a bit of an up and down round in BLC28 also but you know what we are still learning, growing and your team would have been so much less without you (as I'm sure mine would have been without me hehe)

    It wasn't my best round either, sadly. I'm still thinking about how I need to move forward from here, but I think you have focused on some pretty key components--diet and exercise.

    I think you are on the right track. Eat healthy. Eat whole foods. Exercise. Repeat. I love the way you are moving on. I need to do the same as my round 28 saw me gaining and not losing because I lost focus.
