8-5-15: 1st Day - Again/Week 1 Goals

Weigh-in: 315 (was 325 1-16-15, not sure how I lost, but glad I did emoticon )

Plan 8-5-15 thru 8-12-15:

1. Track my water intake
2. Walk around neighborhood circle (Time it to see how long it takes)
3. Pay more attention to what I am eating - THINK about it
4. Weigh in again next week
5, Lose 50 pounds by January 31, 2016 (10 pounds/month approx.)

In my "memories" and timehop, I have been finding where I linked my blogs from here to FB, etc... and am kind of shocked that I did so on some of them as I'm going through an emotional (feeling the need to hide - yet knowing I need to open up) phase, BUT, while I did not share those memories or timehops, I DID come here and read what I had written. Many of them were NOT about weight loss, but just my life and well, it made me think more about my weight. Lots of things in my life have led me to think about my weight, etc... I cannot commit to being on spark every single day, but I was happy here, the blogging and getting feedback helped me so much!

So, I have thought about just doing a blog page, because blogging was so helpful, but I'm kind of scared. While this is PUBLIC... it's not "seen" a whole lot?? Or, doesn't seem to be, ya know? It feels safe here and I know I still have some old friends that are active here that will give me feedback. I need to get back to reading through my blogs again... reacquaint myself with who I was, who I am now and who I want to be again.

Basically... I cannot afford counseling, so you are IT, haha! :)

Anyway, if I do not update before, I DO plan on doing an update next week to see how my goals have been met, if I need to change, add, etc...

    Hey my Sparkfriend. I saw your post before and I just couldn't figure out how to get to your page on this darn IPad but today I figured it out. So great to hear from you and see we're both still hopping along on the wagon train to healthy. Due to some family issues I had been off and on spark but thanking God that has passed. I'm hoping to be back on a regular basis. We can and we will get to our goals.

    I too often go over my blogs and read. Don't be afraid to step out into something you desire to do. People will always find a flaw in others and some are rude enough to post it when you share. Be sure you're ready emotionally to handle the negative that comes with being open. Perhaps start with your Facebook account and maybe Instagram and see what happens. I have Instagram which I started to track my workouts...mzlilshine is the name. Hopefully I'll be back to doing that soon. I love Instagram due to a lot of people share their journey, pic, workouts and always willing to give advice especially a lot of personal trainers. Hope,to see you over there or around here
