Today after a long time I felt like sparking again. I almost was going to close the account down awhile ago but kept it open (just in case) and I think that was a good decision. I think this blog provides that space where you can just blog for yourself when you need to.
Today was the first day I've actively "sparked" in ages and then decided to come here and blog about it. For me "sparking" means putting the scale away and focusing on exercise, constraining calories, loads of h2o and a positive mindset. I want to do this for the next 30 days with focus. So here's to 30 consistently healthy days!
