Progress.

I'll never quite understand why we have to hit plateaus but that's ok. I just keep trucking along. Eating healthy & lots of walking. Hopefully this next Monday I can record a loss. Until then I'll measure in different ways. 1. Well this week had to go buy new underwear. Can't go walking with underwear that keep falling down around my ankles. Haha 2. I actually feel like walking & being active. 3 months ago I was a slug! This is progress!

    on sp they suggest when you ht plateus to change things up. New workouts, add more calories as our bodies have gotten used to a certain routine.

    very soon the numbers on the scale will move and you will see those results in addmition to the other ones you are seeing

    You, my Spark Friend, are on your way to a healthy life! That darn scale doesn't tell it all. Just look at the NSV's you have this week! Keep on eating right and walking. The scale will eventually start going down again.
