Day 1 (again!)

It's been almost 1 year since I fell off track. I can't believe how fast the time has flown...and so disappointed in myself that I gained the weight back. Instead of thinking about the weight gain, I'm going to focus on the positive. I know I can do it and can get back on track. I also know that I'll feel better when I eat healthier choices. It's not bad to take time for yourself and I shouldn't feel guilty about it. I can do this, one day at a time.
