Day 1 (again!)

It's been almost 1 year since I fell off track. I can't believe how fast the time has flown...and so disappointed in myself that I gained the weight back. Instead of thinking about the weight gain, I'm going to focus on the positive. I know I can do it and can get back on track. I also know that I'll feel better when I eat healthier choices. It's not bad to take time for yourself and I shouldn't feel guilty about it. I can do this, one day at a time.

    I am with you on this! I have decided to start eating clean, exercising more and cutting out sugar, wine, and anything white! I will cheer you on if you do the same?

    I think it's awesome that you are staying positive about your Day 1 again! I also had my day 1 (again) about 4 weeks ago. I am one of those people that have been with Spark for years, but I lose and then I gain. I'm tired of doing that also! We can do it!!! You have been here before and you know what to do. Keep going!
