Daily goals for June

Drink 8-10 cups of water daily. emoticon
Walk, bike, or swim 15 minutes daily. emoticon
Write 3 morning pages daily. emoticon
Keep my food and activity journal daily. emoticon
Eat 8-10 freggies daily. 5/7 days
Track food intake on Sparkpeople daily. struggling with this, the nutrition tracker is SO slow.

I will track another habit I have already been using, No eating after 8 pm.

Weight loss goal for June: Go from 236 pounds to 230 pounds.
Weekly Check in June 8: 230.2

Having already reached my goal for the month, I will not set myself another one. My mission for the month is to continue using the habits I am building. I have a job interview on Thursday. I already work part time outside the home in addition to caring for my two teenagers. This new position is also part time and so it will go well with the rest of my schedule. The hope is it will become more eventually once my first part time position has ended. I haven't had a job interview in nearly 16 years, so I have been researching and working with a career counselor to prepare myself. I am visualizing myself in the job. Once this job starts, I will have to shift my schedule around and I will have less free time. Making good use of the free time I have will become crucial.
